Sabatons, “Gallant”
 
     Buhurt Tech’s fifteenth century “Gallant” sabatons are based on historical sources and follow the latest authenticity standards (so you won’t get a spanking from the authenticity police, you naughty, naughty knights). 
 Although often overlooked by steel-fighters because the feet are an illegal target, sabatons remain a vital bit of kit. Not only do they add the finishing touches to any full harness, they also allow the fighter to kick with less worry of their feet absorbing a stray weapon strike in the process. 
Wearing sabatons adds power to your own kicks, and also helps to prevent your feet from being stepped on accidentally, and in the instance it does happen, there won’t be any pain and your opponent’s foot will usually just slide off of your sabatons. 
“Gallant” sabatons include leather arming points, consist of five articulated lames, and are secured to your feet by three leather straps and buckles.
