“Great Helm”
 
     The Great Helm is one of the most brutal looking and iconic helmets of the medieval age - being used both for war and tournaments over many centuries. The Great Helm provides an excellent balance of vision and breathing while still giving amazing, full face protection - indeed, one of the safest helms in all of buhurt sport. The “Great Helm” allows for full damage-absorption in case you are stuck and in trouble! 
Designed for full-contact medieval battles and buhurt sport; and is made from high-quality, hardened, 30 HGSA steel, consisting of  a 2.5 - 3 mm top and a 2 mm bottom.
Comes equipped with three straps by default: two chin straps, and a “Simon Strap” for securing your helm to the back of your breastplate for added safety.
Includes a thick, protective, Buhurt Tech helmet-liner which absorbs and distributes concussive force, as well as ensures an optimized fit, as well as a chainmail aventail and padded collar - which you can choose to attach a hidden plate pack to: Heavy Duty - for Maximum Protection, or Ranger for a lighter, more mobile option - both plate packs are available in hardened steel or titanium, to help keep you fighting for years to come.
