A total of 4 anatomical segments, including a large shoulder-cop, 2 lames, and the lower-cannon - which offers protection down to the elbow. With a total of only 4 segments, “Warlord” upper-arms offer an endurance bonus compared to other armors that utilize more lames to cover the same area - adding weight, but not necessarily protection - this makes “Warlord” the superior option in such a case.
The large shoulder-cop offers additional coverage both in front and on the back, with the outer-edge being flared outwards slightly to ensure natural, non-binding movement of the shoulder-armor over your brigandine or cuirass as you walk/run/attack and defend.
