5 total anatomical segments including the shoulder-cop, 3 lames, and the lower-cannon which offers protection down to the elbow.
The shoulder-cop possesses a strengthened-rib which conforms to the shoulder, just below the arming point, increasing the armor’s durability and protective capability.
The lower-cannon (which covers the lower bicep down to the elbow), posses a rolled-edge on the bottom 3/5ths of the segment (the final 2/5ths being covered by your elbow-cop, negating the need for the rolled-edge to continue) to add extra durability and protective capability.
